How do I pair with my partner?
On the pairing screen, tap Get My Code and send the 8-character code to your partner. You're paired as soon as they enter it. A code is valid for 24 hours.
A game is stuck. What can I do?
Tap End this game on the error screen. It ends for both of you and you can start a new one right away. Live games left untouched for 24 hours close on their own.
How do I cancel Premium?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Who Knows Better and cancel. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Us > Privacy & security > Delete Account. After you sign in with Apple again, your account and data are permanently deleted.
